摘要
用正硅酸乙酯为主要原料制备了一种硅溶胶,选用7种阳离子染料和7种碱性染料来浸染丝绸,试验该溶胶对染后样品的固色效果,发现其皂洗牢度大多数可以提高1~2级,其中5支染料染后样品经硅溶胶处理后皂洗牢度由原来的1级或1—2级提高至3级以上,并且用硅溶胶处理的样品色光变化不大。用扫描电镜观察硅溶胶处理前后样品的表面形貌.发现处理后的样品表面附着一层由凝胶细丝状纤维交联而成的薄膜.这层薄膜可以起到固定染料分子的作用。
A kind of silica sol was prepared with tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as the main material, and was investigated by evaluating its effect on dip dyed silk with selected 7 kinds of cationic dyes and 7 kinds of basic dyes. It was found that most of the treated samples' colour fastness to soaping was 1-2 level improved, and among them 5 samples’ colour fastness to soaping was enhanced by 1-2 grades, or even better, with little effect on colour shade. The surface morphology of fabric before and after silica sol treatment was observed by SEM and found that the gel thin film itself was attached on the surface of the fabric, and the film itsalf was cross-linked filament gel fibres which could play a role in fixing dye molecules.
