摘要
研究了离心铝热法制造陶瓷衬里不锈钢短管的工艺。认为合适的条件是:离心分离因素为200,铝热剂与不锈钢短管的重量比为0.55~0.6,添加剂为锆英砂。陶瓷衬里管能够承受800℃的热冲击。讨论了预热温度和气相压力对陶瓷衬里层表面质量的影响。
A study was conducted for the process of making short ceramiclined stainless steel pipes by using centrifugal thermit process.The optimum process parameters were that the centrifugal separating factor was 200,the weight ratio of thermit to short stainless steel pipes was 0.55~0.60,the additive was ZrSiO4 powder.The ceramiclined short stainless steel pipes could resist 800℃ thermalshock,the influence of preheat temperature and gas phase pressure of the surface quality of the ceramiclined layers were discussed.
