摘要
国华台山电厂的烟气再热器(GGH)经常出现堵塞,主要原因是除雾器效率偏低。影响除雾器效率的关键因素(内因)就是除雾器挡板板形及相同板型下不同挡板板间距。本实验台是根据电厂除雾器的实际尺寸,以1∶15的比例搭建的。实验中使用的是聚丙烯折型板和聚丙烯带倒钩弧形板两种板形,而板间距则分为3种:20mm、26mm和38mm。通过分析比较除雾器在以上两种板形以及3种不同间距下的性能参数,提出除雾器挡板的最优配置方案,从而达到最好的除雾效果。
The Guohua Taishan Power Plant GGH is often blocked, mainly due to the low efficiency of the mist elimnators. The baffle plate is the key element and the efficiency is influenced by types of baffle plates and plate spaces of the mist eliminators. The experimental platform is established on the scale of 1 : 15 according to the actual size of the mist eliminator. The polypropylene arc-shaped plate with barb and polypropylene fold-shaped plate are used in the experiment. Three plate sizes of sapces of 20mm, 26mm, 38mm are employed. By analyzing the performance parameters of the above two plate types and three different plate spaces, the optimum configuration scheme is conclu- ded for the best eliminating effect.
