摘要
以黄色秸秆生物质直燃发电项目为研究对象,通过对北欧和国内部分已投运的黄色秸秆直燃电站大捆给料系统进行分析,指出由于国内外在生物质收集预处理方式上存在的差异,大捆给料系统方式在国内应用时存在大型打捆机械缺乏、打捆成型成本太高以及系统对捆型尺寸变化适应性差的缺陷和局限性。为了使给料系统更适应国情,提出了黄色秸秆任意捆型给料系统和小捆整捆给料和燃烧的两种优化设计方案,为后续生物质直燃电厂的建设和运行提供了参考。
The big bale feeding systems adopted by yellow straw directly fired power plants in north Europe and China are analyzed. Because of the difference of biomass collection between abroad and China, it is found that the big bale feeding systems in China has some disadvantages, such as short of big balers, too high baling cost and bad suitability with bale sizes. In order to design more adaptable feeding system, two optimized systems are advised, they are any bale size feeding and small bale directly burn systems, which will give reference for future design and operation of such projects.
