摘要
合解环操作成为配网双向供电模式下电力系统运行的必不可少的环节。如果合环两端压差过大,合环操作可能会造成两条参与合环的馈线电流过大,即线路过负荷,或者引起继电保护误动做,造成大面积停电,因此对合环电流进行详细的分析成为急需解决的问题。针对某市两条10kV合环馈线建立了基于PSCAD/EMTDC的配网合环仿真模型,对于10kV复杂馈线采用5种馈线模型进行等效和仿真,通过对比分析5种等效模型仿真得到的曲线和数据,得到了合环稳态电流和合环冲击电流的上下限值以及近似值,并提出了减小合环电流大小的有效措施。最后经仿真验证了所提措施的合理性。
Loop closing operation in distribution network is a necessary step of power system operation. If the voltage difference between two ends of tie lines is too large, loop closing operation will cause feeder overload, protection maloperation and large area blackout. As a result, values of the loop current are significant factors. Five models for complex feeders of local distribution network are established based on PSCAD/EMTDC. Simulation results of five models are analyzed and compared. The maximum, mimimum and approximating values of the steady-state loop current are obtained. Key factors affecting the loop closing safety are discussed. Main adjustment measures for loop closing safety are suggested to limit the loop current, which are proved to be reasonable by simulation.
