一台14MW水煤浆流化-悬浮燃烧采暖锅炉的运行特性

摘要 水煤浆流化-悬浮燃烧锅炉集流化床燃烧与水煤浆悬浮燃烧为一体,具有运行操作简单、可靠性高、燃尽效果好等特点,而且可以在燃烧过程中直接脱硫,同时,由于低温燃烧和分级配风抑制了热力型及燃料型NOx的生成与排放,以较小的代价实现了清洁燃烧,具有推广应用价值。通过现场测试,并结合5个采暖期的运行实绩,从锅炉点火启动性能、热工特性、环保特性和经济效益等几个方面分析了水煤浆流化-悬浮燃烧热水锅炉的运行特性。发现锅炉冷态点火启动特性、压火特性和负荷调整特性良好,出力能够达到设计要求,而且运行稳定可靠、燃烧效率高,平均热效率为89.96%,环保指标(SO2、NOx、粉尘浓度和烟气黑度等)也满足当地国家标准,同时具有良好的经济效益。 Coal water slurry combustion boiler combines (CWS) fluidization- suspension fluidized bed combustion and CWS suspension combustion in a systematic way. It has merits of simple operation, high reliability and high combustion efficiency, and direct desulfurization during combustion process. The low temperature combustion and staged-air inhibit the generation and emission of thermal NOx and fuel NOx, which realizes clean combustion with less cost. So it has good popularization value. By means of the spot tests and operation performances in five heating periods, the operation characteristics of CWS fluidization-suspension combustion hot-water boiler are analyzed. The starting performance of boiler ignition, thermal characteristics, environmental protection characteristic, economic benefit and so on are analyzed. Through analysis, it is found that the boiler ignition starting performance in cold state, the banking fire characteristic and the load adjustment characteristic are satisfactory, and the output meets the design requirement. The system is proved to be reliable and stable, and with high combustion efficiency. The average thermal efficiency is 89.96%. The environmental protection index, such as SO2, NOx, dust concentration and smoke blackness meet the local national standard. And this system has good economic benefit.
