摘要
根据可靠性设计的基本理论,对全自动陶瓷墙地砖压砖机的液压系统进行了可靠性分析,并以400t压砖机为例,建立了该设备液压系统的失效树,进而转化成液压系统的逻辑结构图。然后,根据独立事件计算概率的公式,得到了系统的可靠度计算式,应用系统中各元件可靠性重要度的计算式,并算出了系统的可靠度值及各元件可靠性重要度值。最后提出了进一步提高系统可靠度的有效方法和途径。
In the paper, based on the basic theory of the reliability design to analysic the reliability of the hydraulic system of the automatic ceramic brick press.Follow the example of the 400 T brick press, to set up the failure tree of the hydraulic system and transfer onto the logical structure diagram.Next , based on the calculating probability formula for the independent event, get the margin of safety computing mode of the system and the reliability margin of gravity of each part in the system as well as calculated the data, in the last ,it pointed out the available method to enhance the margic of safety of the system.
