摘要 目的在综合分析医院信息数据所面临的海量数据的基础上,依据医院管理信息需求提出了对北京医院现有信息管理系统进行数据挖掘的思路。方法采用数据联邦及数据ETCL技术提供安全实时的数据整合及数据ETCL解决方案,利用Oracle数据库管理和开发工具,开发了综合数据分析系统。结果实现了综合数据分析系统的业务数据整合与构建,可以以灵活多样的方式展示医疗业务数据;实现了医疗质量管理的数据采集、分析及预警系统,可以实现患者费用追踪、医疗质量管理和特殊用药监控的功能。结论采用先进的数据挖掘技术进行数据整合,可以解决目前医院"信息孤岛"的问题;将此系统应用于实际应用,取得了较好的结果。同时表明由于系统和业务的复杂性,有许多功能还需要不断完善。 Objective Based on building an actual project of management information system in Beijing Hospital,a plan of data mining was mentioned according to requirement of data integration and synthetical analyzing of hospital information system in Bel- ling Hospital with the analysis of great number of data. Methods Data federation and data ETCL techniques were employed to provide the safe and real-time solution scheme for the data integration and data ETCL, and the synthetical data analyzing system was developed using Oracle. Results In the synthetical analyzing module, the operation data integration and construction of the synthetical analyzing system was realized which can depict the medical operation data in flexible and multiple forms; In the synthet- ical querying module, the collection, analysis and alert systems of medical quality management data were realized which had the functions of patient fee tracing, medical quality management and special drug dosage surveillance. Conclusion How to integrate the data and develop new functions were mentioned in the view of emphasizing the method,construction and development of the sys- tem. The result demonstrated that the "information lone island" problem of the present hospital can be solved by applying advanced data mining technique to integrate data. The system is applied to actual project,and the output is satisfying. At the same time,it is indicated that there are many functions waiting for continuous improvement because of the complexity of the system and actual op- eration,and which is the in-depth study topics for the future work.
