医院信息系统数据库中触发器的应用与维护

Implementation and maintenance about triggers in the HIS

目的重新认识数据库触发器,扬长避短,在当今日益复杂的医院信息系统中正确地使用好触发器。方法采集目前触发器在医院信息系统中应用的定义及脚本,进行归纳分类和分析。结果发现目前触发器应用中存在的问题,找出解决问题的方法和今后在新的应用中应当注意的事项。结论根据专家意见以及实践证明,慎重选择使用触发器是有必要的,应当重视由于触发器的过度使用可能带来的负面影响。

Objective To reknow database triggers,foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,use trigger correctly in today＇s increasingly complex hospital information system. Methods To gathered definitions and scripts of the trigger from the application of the hospital information system then analyzed and classified them. Results Found out some problems on use of trigger in appli- cations now and the methods to solve them,and how to regard in the future in new applications. Conclusion According to the ex- pert advice and practice proved it is reasonable for use of carefully selected trigger. It is necessary to pay attention to overuse of the trigger that can bring negative effect.
