摘要 以天然气为原料的10万t/a甲醇装置,对其合成气制备工序的七种工艺流程、甲醇合成工序的两种工艺流程、甲醇精馏工序的两种工艺流程作详细的流程模拟计算与分析;并在此基础上确定七种基本工艺方案,进行全系统的流程模拟计算,得出主要消耗定额、能量消耗、装置投资和产品成本;同时分析了工艺技术和主要设备的国产化前景,认为“加热型两段转化工艺+管束式合成塔流程+两塔精馏”的基本工艺方案,是目前国产化最好的选择。 Detailed simulated calculation and analysis has been carried out for 7 process schemes of synthetic gas preparation section, 2 process schemes of methanol synthesis section and 2 process schemes of methanol distillation section for 10000 t/a methanol plant using natural gas as feedstock. On the basis of aforesaid calculation and analysis, 7 basic process schemes are determined. The simulated process calculation of the whole system has been performed, from which the main techeconomic figures are obtained. Furthermore the prospect of nationalized customization of process technology and main equipment is analyzed and it is concluded that the alternative of heating type two stage reforming process+tube bundle converter process+dual column distillation is the best selection for nationalized customization.
