摘要 目的:研究扛板归(Polygonum perfoliatum L.)的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法对扛板归进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、波谱数据(质谱、核磁共振谱)鉴定化合物的化学结构。结果:分离鉴定出12个单体化合物,分别为槲皮素(quercetin,1)、异鼠李素(isorhamnetin,2)、金丝桃苷(hyperrosid,3)、槲皮苷(quercitrin,4)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,5)、没食子酸(gallic acid,6)、鞣花酸(ellagic acid,7)、3,3′-二甲氧基-鞣花酸(3,3′-di-O-methyl ellagic acid,8)、1-O-没食子酰基-β-D-葡萄糖(1-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose,9)、黏酸二甲酯-2-O-没食子酰基(mucic acid dimethyl ester-2-O-gallate,10)、咖啡酸乙酯(ethyl caffeate,11)、黏酸二甲酯(mucic acid dime-thyl ester,12)。结论:化合物10和12首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2、3、7、8和9首次从扛板归中分离得到。 Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of Polygonum perfoliatum L. Methods: The chemical constituents of P. perfoliatum L. were isolated by chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. The structures of compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses (MS and NMR). Results: Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin ( 1 ) , isorhamnetin (2) , hyperrosid (3) , quercitrin (4) , protocatechuic acid ( 5 ) , gallic acid ( 6 ), ellagic acid ( 7 ), 3,3'-di-O-methyl ellagic acid ( 8 ), 1 -O-galloyl-β -D-glucose ( 9 ), mucic acid dimethyl ester-2-O-gallate (10), ethyl caffeate(11) and mucic acid dimethyl ester(12). Conclusion: Compounds 10 and 12 were isolated from the genus Polygonum for the first time. Compounds 2, 3, 7, 8, 9 were obtained from the title plant for the first time.
