摘要
在明确电力系统安全稳定三道防线具体定位的基础上,结合国内外安全稳定措施典型配置及安徽电网安全稳定控制措施配置现状,通过安徽电网2008年峰荷方式下单一故障及多种严重故障扰动的仿真计算,对安徽电网安全稳定措施适应性进行了研究,还对安徽电网发电机组同调性和振荡中心进行了分析;提出了安徽电网二、三道防线的配置原则、二、三道防线措施的协调控制关系,给出了二、三道防线之间的协调配合建议。
The definition and position of three defense lines for security and stability control system was proposed, and the typical security and stability control strategies at home and abroad and situation of Anhui power system security and stability control systems were analyzed. By simulation of single element outage and serious outage for the peak load modes of Anhui power system in 2008, the validity of security and stability control system of Anhui power system were verified. Based on analysis results of coherent generators and oscillation center for Anhni power system, configuration principles and coordinated control relationship were proposed for second defense line and third defense line of Anhui power system . Some conclusions and suggestions were given for coordinated control of second defense line and third defense line of Anhui power system.
