摘要
基于先进的信息技术和通信技术,电力系统将向着"智能电网"的方向发展。作为实现智能电网中有源配网的有效方式,微电网有利于引入大量可再生能源发电,使得电力系统更加可靠、安全、清洁和经济。介绍微电网和智能电网的概念及两者之间的关系;针对中国的能源情况、电力系统的特点和不同地区的需求,提出中国微电网的特点和发展方向;基于国内外微电网的研究现状,总结我国发展微电网需要解决的关键问题。
Based on advanced information and communication technology, power systems are developing towards "smart grids". As an effective way to realize the active distribution system of a smart grid, a mierogrid can integrate large amount of renewable generation into the bulk power system, and make the power system more reliable, secure, clean and economic. The concepts of microgrids and smart girds and the relationship between them were discussed, and then the characteristics and developments of microgrids in China were proposed referring to Chinese energy conditions, the features of power systems and the requirements of different areas. The key issues to develop microgrids in China were summarized based on the microgrid research status around the world.
