摘要
采用以静态前馈为基础、PID算法进行辅助修正的负荷分配方案,对双轴联合循环机组总功率进行协调控制;基于负荷分配回路的AGC功能,实现了网调对联合循环机组总功率的直接控制;针对燃气轮机负荷响应快的特点,设计了由燃气轮机单独承担联合循环机组的一次调频任务。郑常庄电厂机组试验结果表明,提出的协调控制策略满足双轴燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的整体控制功能要求,能实现机组的快速升降负荷;控制方案逻辑清晰、可控性强,具有较强的通用性和实用性,能适用于多轴燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的协调控制。
A new load distribution scheme was put forward for implementing double-shaft gas-steam combined cycle unit' s coordinated control system, which mainly including static feed-forward and PID arithmetic correcting. Based on load distribution of AGC module, Central China Power Control Centers can control gas-steam combined cycle unit' s power directly. Because of gas turbine' s fast responsibility to load demand, gas turhine was designed to take the role of primary frequency regulation independently. The test results of Zhengchangzhuang Power Plant units indicate such strategy can meet the needs of rapid load change. The control strategy with finer controllability, universality and practicability can be applied to multi-shaft gas-steam combined cycle unit' s coordinated control system.
