摘要 在高电压、大容量的变电站中,管型母线越来越普及,成为变电站主母线的首选形式,故管型母线的焊接及安装质量是保证变电站整体质量的重要因素。为解决管型母线安装以及焊接工艺控制的技术难题,在施工过程中不断总结,形成了管型母线焊接与安装较为成熟的施工技术,并收到了良好的社会效益。介绍管型母线在西宁750kV变电站安装工艺的改进,如有效控制测量方法、克服弯曲挠度、克服轴向偏移和减少电晕等工艺措施,提高了管型母线安装工艺水平。 In high voltage and large capacity substation, the tubular bus-bar is becoming more and more popular, and the quality of welding and installation of tubular bus -bar is the important factor for insuring the overall quality of substation. To solve the technical problems of bus-bar installation and its welding process control, the mature construction technology of bus-bar installation and its welding in construction process was summarized unceasingly, which received good social benefits. The improvement of bus-bar installation technology, the measurement methods of effective control, and the technological measures for overcoming the deflection, bending and axial migration and reducing the corona were introduced, which was installed in 750 kV substation in Xining.
