摘要
研制出以氧化铝为载体的催化剂A以及添加第IV副族元素的催化剂A+B,并与HZSM-5催化剂进行了活性对比。催化剂A经1000h原粒度测试,结果表明:在反应温度300℃,空速4.25~4.50h-1,压力为常压的条件下,二甲醚选择性>99%,甲醇转化率≥80%。
Catalyst A based on alumina and catalyst A+B which was based on alumina and mixed with elements of vice-fourth family were prepared. The performances of them were also studied. The comparison of activities of catalyst A,catalyst A+B and HZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst was discussed. The results showed that under the conditions of temperature 300℃, space velocity 4.25~4.5h -1 and normal pressure, using catalyst A, the selectivity of dimethyl ether was more than 99% and the conversion of methanol was more than 80%
