Synthesis of Acetaldoxime by Sodium Nitrite

介绍以亚硝酸钠为主要原料合成农药中间体乙醛肟的工艺路线，对影响收率及产品质量的主要因素进行了系统研究，确定了最佳的工艺路线和操作参数。该工艺肟化收率在９０％以上，产品中乙醛肟含量大于３５％，相对纯度高于９５％。

In this paper,a new synthetic technology was presented by sodium nitrite for acetaldoxime which was an intermedium of pesticides.The effect factors were systematically studied which affected synthetic ratio and product quality.The optimal operation conditions were determined through experiments.The synthetic ratio was over 90%,content of acetaldoxime was over 35% and relative purity of the product was over 95%.
