成体干细胞的可塑性与眼表重建

摘要 成体干细胞(adult stem cells,ASC)是一类存在于机体组织的原始细胞,它们能够自我复制和特异性分化,用于维持新陈代谢和创伤修复。近年来,越来越多的研究表明ASC具有多向分化潜能,即可塑性分化。本文总结了ASC可塑性分化现象的理论及可能调控机制,并对国内外利用ASC可塑性分化潜能开展的有关眼表重建方面的研究进行综述。 Adult stem cells (ASC) are one type of archaeocytes in tissues. They have the ability of self-duplicating and specific differentiation to maintain metabolism and wound healing. In recent years, more and more researches show that ASC have the potential of multi-directional differentiation, which is plasticity differentiation. This paper not only summarizes the theories and possible regulative mechanisms of plasticity differentiation of ASC,but also reviews the ocular surface reconstruction by the use of plasticity differentiation of ASC at home and abroad.
