本文详细介绍动物标准脑模板和标准脑地图集的建立方法,综述了动物标准脑模板与标准脑地图集的配准算法,简要介绍了模板可用性的评估参数。
The methods of building the standard brain template and brain atlas of animals were illustrated in details, the arithmetic of registration of brain template and brain atlas was discribed, and the evaluation of the template was simply introduced in several aspects in this article.
