摘要
甲醛、丙醛为原料,经羟醛缩合,产物不分离直接氧化制备2,2-二羟甲基丙酸。羟醛缩合反应条件:甲醛与丙醛的摩尔比为2.2∶1,在碳酸钾催化下,20~30℃反应24h;氧化反应:双氧水与丙醛的摩尔比为08∶1,40~90℃反应约10h。产品收率(按丙醛计)达60%,纯度>99%。
The title compound was synthesized with the mixed aldol condensation and oxidation from formaldehyde and propaldehyde,without isolation of intermediate.Thus,a mixture of formaldehyde 2.2 mol,propaldehyde 1 mol and K 2CO 3 as catalyst at 20~30℃ was stirred for 24h,then added H 2O 2 0.8 mol and stirred at 40~90℃ for 10h to obtain 2,2dimethylolpropanoic acid.The yieid of the product was 60% and the purity was beyond 99%.
