干旱胁迫下长豇豆叶绿素荧光参数与品种耐旱性的关系 被引量:17

摘要 研究了干旱胁迫对3个不同耐旱性长豇豆品种幼苗叶绿素荧光参数和光合作用的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫降低豇豆的生长量和净光合速率,并增加叶片质膜的透性;干旱胁迫后叶片叶绿素荧光参数(Fo、Fv/Fm,ΦPSⅡ和qP)的变化与豇豆品种耐旱性相一致。认为叶绿素荧光参数测定方便,稳定性好,可作为长豇豆品种耐旱性鉴定的重要指标。 Effects of drought stress on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and photosynthesis rate in leaves of three asparagus bean [ Vigna unguiculata ssp. sesquipedalis (L.) Verd. ] cuhivars with different tolerance to drought stress were investigated. The results showed that the biomass, net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of seedlings greatly decreased, and the plasmalemma permeability of seedling leaves significantly increased drought stress. At the same time, the chlorophyll fluorescence parameter (Fo、Fv/Fm,ФPSⅡ and qP) were also affected by drought stress, which showed a correlation with drought tolerance. The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters can be used as convenient indexes for evaluation of the drought tolerance of asparagus bean cuhivars.
