苯乙烯装置反烃化反应末期操作工况的优化

摘要 为解决苯乙烯装置反烃化反应末期多乙苯转化率下降的问题,对操作工况进行试验:反应温度为441℃~445℃、苯进料量1620~1810m3/h、多乙苯进料中乙苯浓度1%、反应压力600kPa,试验结果:多乙苯转化率大于等于50%,延长了催化剂的运行寿命,使能耗降低、选择性提高。 To solve the problem of polyethyl benzene conversion rate decrease at the end of dealkylation reaction in S.M.plant, experiment to the operating conditions is carried out with reaction tempreture 441℃-445℃,benzene feed rate 1 620-1 810 m3/h,ethylbenzene concentration in polyethyl benzene feed is 1%,reaction pressure 600kPa.The experment result is the conversion rate of polyethyl benzene being greater than or equal to 50%,while the service life of catalyst being prolonged, and energy consumption decreased and selectivity improved.
