Discussion on the problems and countermeasures of underground pipeline information construction

文章根据有关调研结果,从法律法规、技术标准、地下管线管理模式、地下管线资料现状、地下管线数据版权以及地下管线动态管理等六个方面,详细阐述了我国城市地下管线信息化建设过程中存在的主要问题,并根据问题产生的原因,提出了相应的如何规避问题的对策。

The article briefly discusses the problems of underground pipeline information construction in our country city, according to following six aspects research results： laws and regulations, technical standard, underground pipeline management pattern, information status, data copyright and dynamic management. Besides, the article puts forward countermeasures how to avoid the problems due to its causes.
