摘要
基于40Cr的双程往复磨削淬硬试验,利用有限元软件Deform-2D对双程往复磨削淬硬进行数值模拟,并且对组织转变进行了二次开发。把工件看成多相组织,建立了往复磨削热流模型,利用组织转变动力学,模拟得到了工件的温度场,组织场,硬度场等变化关系仿真结果,仿真结果与实验数据较吻合。本研究为揭示磨削淬硬层的形成机理、优化磨削淬硬工艺和控制磨削淬硬层的质量提供了基础。
Based on two-passes grind-hardening tests of 40 Cr steel, the two-passes grind-hardening was simulated with an finite element software Deform-2D. Secondary development of the software was carried out to deal with phase transformation. The mierostructure of the workpiece was considered as a mixture of multi-phases and the model of heat flux for two passes grinding was established. By simulating, the temperature, microstructure and hardness field for the two passes grinding-hardened 40 Cr steel workpiece is obtained and it is coincident with the experimental results. This paper provides a foundation for understanding the formation mechanism of grind-hardening layer and optimizing the grind-hardening process.
