摘要
腰椎间盘突出症是一种常见病,严重影响患者的工作和生活。本文研究的腰椎复位机器人与牵引床配合使用,由牵引床实现对病人腰椎的纵向牵引,复位机器人把压力加载到椎间盘突出部位,使得突出的椎间盘还纳。本文进行了机器人总体方案的设计,运动机构的设计,动力源的选取和控制系统的设计。本文研究的腰椎复位机器人能够代替人工手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可以提高治疗效果,具有良好的应用前景。
Lumbar disc herniation (LDH) is a common disease, which has seriously affected the work and life of patients. The lumbar reduction robot works with traction bed to cure LDH, the lumbar of patient was draught by traction bed, the lumbar reduction robot puts reduction force onto intervertebral disc to make the herniated disc back to normal status. The overall plan of the robot including the movement mechanism, the selection of power supply and the control plan was designed and specify in this paper. The lumbar reduction robot can substitute artificial reduction means to cure LDH. It improves the therapy effect, has a good applied foreground.
