摘要
研究首先综合分析了干片式制动器原理及其故障形式,确定当前监测信号为壳体温度和拉臂位置,进而确定了使用传感器类型及安装形式;然后,以C8051F系列单片机为基础,针对本系统要求,设计电路,编写内核程序,实现温度、应变两类信号的采集,并通过CAN总线实现了采集参数设置及数据交换;最后,通过系统台架试验等方式,确定了系统预警基本参数模型和改进建议。研究形成了可供装车使用的干片式制动器状态监测及预警系统,提高了干片式制动器的机载测试性。
The dissertation is arranged as follows. Firstly, the malfunction form of the brake has been analyzed.The types and fixing forms of the sensors has been chosen while the monitoring contents are determined to be the temperature and wear limits of the brake. Secondly, according to the requirements of the system, the circuit and program based on the series of C8051F SCM (Single Chip Micyoco) are designed to realize the acquisition of the two kinds of signals, such as temperature, strain. The CAN bus has been used to acquire parameters and exchange the data. Thirdly, the software program has been developed to realize real-time display, storage, processing, alarming and so on. At last, the basic warning parameters have been determined and improving suggestions have been proposed through the thermodynamic FEM and system experiments. So study on the monitoring and warning system is succeed that it can be applied as BITE of dry multi-disc brake on vehicle.
