摘要
设计一种简单实用的液位检测电路,采用sAT89S52微处理器为硬件核心,以金属片为探头构建外部检测电容,利用单刀双掷开关NLASB3157实现外部检测电容切换,通过检测QT1080输出电平来实现液位控制。该检测电路硬件设计简单,可扩展性强,运行稳定、可靠,具有良好的市场开发价值。
A simple and applied liquid level measuring circuit is designed, which employs the AT89S52 microprocessor as a core of the hardware circuit, uses sheet metal as probe to construct external detect capacitance, utilizes SPDT switch NLASB3157 to actualize the switch of external detect capacitance, detecting the output voltage of the QT1080 to actualize the liquid level control. The hardware design of this measuring circuit is simplicity and expansibility, the operation of which is stable and reliable, holding forth a fine marketable development value.
