摘要
为使压电陶瓷能够驱动悬臂梁按我们需要的方式运动,利用可编程控制器件EEPROM设计并制作一种三路同步信号发生器。该信号发生器可以控制悬臂梁上的压电陶瓷片,以此控制悬臂梁的运动状态,根据需要将信号种类写入EEPROM芯片内,信号种类可根据需要随时进行编写输入,并利用计数芯片读取片内信号。该设计具有简便易行,成本低廉,相位可调,频率可调等特点。
In order to make the cantalever move freely, a programmable generator for generating synchronous signals, which can provide different signals to drive and control the piezoelectricity ceramic and be written into the EEPROM, was connected to a High- Voltage Amplifier, besides that, this generator is cheap and its phase and frequency of the signals can be controled.
