师范院校学生主流思想积极向上,但理想信念与困惑并存;对社会发展存在深层次疑虑,就业隐忧心态有所增加;农村生源和女生居多,经济困难和心理问题突出。师范院校增强思想政治教育实效性应该提高大学生的思想政治素质,培养正确的人生观;加强职业技能培训,培养正确的就业观;强化心理健康教育,培养健康的心理素质;加强团队意识,焕发大学生积极向上的青春热情。

Though the main trend of ideology of the students of normal colleges and universities is positive, their beliefs and perplexities coexist;they have their deep doubts about social development and their mentality of hidden worry in some degree has intensified; in normal colleges and universities there are so many students who are from countryside and so many girl students that economic difficulties and psychological problems seem quaite striking.In order to strengthen the actual effects of college ideological and political education normal colleges and universities should try to improve students＇ scientific ideological and political qualities and develop correct lookout on life; training of vocational skills should be strenthened to develop a right sense od employment; the education of psychological health should be strengthened to develop a healthy psycological quality; the concept of team should be strenthened to make college students＇ youth and enthusiasm take on a new look.
