摘要
本文针对目前国内通用的板框压滤机板、框在使用中出现的问题,采用缺陷消除法对其结构上进行大胆改进和完善,分别通过增加板、框强度和刚度和流道堰结构,解决了原设备主要部件存在的损坏、泄漏及维修频繁且维修费用高的困难,设备寿命费用明显下降,设备运转率明显提高。这一改进也为国内同类设备的技术改进提供了可靠的依据。
On the basis of the problems existed in the plates and frames of the press filters used in nationwide, the method of e-liminating flaw was put forward to improve the structure. In this method, the strength and rigidity of the plate and frame are increased to solve the problems of the leakage, the damage of the main parts, being difficult to maintain and high cost in maintain. By use of the method, the cost of the maintain obviously decreased, but the operation life increased. At the same times, this method supplies the basis for renovating the same kind equipment at home.
