摘要
以CH3SiHCl2和CH3OH为原料,采用三种不同的醇解方法(溶剂法、酸吸收剂法、气-液相法)合成甲基二甲氧基硅烷[CH3(OCH3)2SiH],运用IR、GC-MS等手段研究了三种方法对醇解反应的影响。结果表明,溶剂法可避免另两种方法的一些缺陷,产物含量较高。其最佳合成条件为:用二甲苯作溶剂,CH3SiHCl2和CH3OH的摩尔比为1∶18,CH3OH以一定速度滴入CH3SiHCl2溶液中,控制反应温度在30℃左右,反应时间6h,其CH3(OCH3)2SiH含量可达80%。
ethyldimethoxysilane was synthesized with CH_3SiHCl_2 and CH_3OH by alcoholysis methods(solution,acid acceptor and gas-liquid phase).The effects on the alcoholysis in different conditions were studied by IR and GC-MS.The results showed that solution method could avoid a few defects than others.The perfect conditions for synthesizing methyldimethoxysilane were:xylene used as solution,the molar ratio of CH_3SiHCl_2 and CH_3OH being 1∶18,reactive temperature 30℃,reactive time 6 h.The CH_3(OCH_3)_2SiH content of product was 80%.
