摘要
本文通过对北京地区44所高校科研文件档案的管理现状进行调查,从科研文件档案管理规划与制度建设、科研文件档案的收集归档、科研文件档案信息化建设、科研文件档案的保管与鉴定、科研文件档案的利用等五个方面对调查数据进行了分析,还提出了对高校科研文件档案进行有效管理的建议。
After the investigation on the actuality of scientific research archives＇ management in 44 universities and colleges in Beijing, the author analyzed the data froui 5 aspects： Programming and system constructing of scientific research archives＇ management, collecting and filing of scientific research archives, informationization of scientific research archives, appraisal of scientific research archives, utilizing of scientific research archives. And the author gave suggestion on scientific research archives＇ management.
