摘要
在内丹哲学史上,李道纯在理论上较好地解决了"道"与"性命"的关系。以此为基础,李道纯运用从道教传统形神观转化而来的"身心"概念,对性命修炼论做了详尽说明,并通过"先性后命"的性命修炼方式确立起"性命双全"的丹道境界,使内丹学在宋元之际走向成熟。
In the history of internal alchemy philosophy, Li Daochun settled theoretically the relationship between Tao and Xing Ming. Based on this, he expounded Xing Ming practice by applying the concept of Shen Xin transformed from the doctrine of body and spirit, and established the Dan Daoism of Xing Ming Shuang Quan through the practice of Xian Xing Hou Ming. This indicated that internal alchemy theory came to maturity in the Song and Yuan Dynasties.
