The Economic Developing Trend in 2009 and Its Effects on Domestic Petroleum and Petrochemical Industry

在世界金融危机尚未见底,国内经济形势受到影响,国家实施宏观调控政策的背景下,介绍了2009年我国出口增长难度加大,消费增长放缓,全年GDP增长8%左右,并呈前低后高的走势;在回顾了2008年国内石油需求"先热后冷",增速回落的特点后,阐述了2009年国内经济走势对石油石化行业的影响:石油市场供求关系将发生重大转折,竞争更加激烈,石油表观消费预计平均增长4.0%左右,而宏观调控政策总体上对行业发展有利。

The two features of domestic petroleum consumption growth in 2008 are reviewed which petroleum requirement was first hot and then cold,and the growth rate decreased. The economic growth rate of our country in 2009 will decrease continuously to about 8% estimated. Affected by domestic economic downtrend,international oil price fluctuating at low level,and domestic product oil tax and price policy reform,the supply and demand relationship in domestic oilmarket will change greatly,and will be more competitive. However,the macro-control policies enacted by the government are generally beneficial to the development of petroleum and petrochemical industry.
