摘要
阐述了深入开展"我要安全"活动的重要意义和与构建安全文化的相互关系,指出要走出构建安全文化由专业人员"种"出来的误区,重点叙述了构建安全文化"生态环境"要解决的问题:一是通过强化员工的归属感为安全文化提供广阔的土壤;二是通过员工业绩彰显机制为安全文化的发展提供动力;三是通过不断扩大主动型员工比例为安全文化奠定群众基础;四是要重视员工的职业倦怠,化解安全文化建设的消极因素。
Safety management can not be separated from safety culture construction.The enterprise safety culture we required was able to play a strong guiding,moralizing and edifying role on staff, rooted in and serving the enterprise,and characteristic of'local situation'.In order to implement safety culture construction perfectly,firstly,the extensive soil should be provided for safety culture through intensifying staff ownership;secondly,the power should be provided for development of safety culture through staff performance manifestation system;thirdly,the mass basis should be established for safety culture through increasing the ratio of initiative employees;fourthly,the job burnout of the staff should be emphasized to defuse the negative factors in safety culture construction.
