摘要
简述了我国石油库铁路轻油接卸油系统所采用的几种油品接卸工艺,介绍了潜油泵油品接卸工艺的优点,着重对电动潜油泵的特点进行了说明,并就电动潜油泵和液动潜油泵的安装使用费用进行了比较,电动潜油泵比液动潜油泵综合节能降耗效果显著,在油库接卸油系统有良好的应用前景。
Several oil handling technologies applied in domestic oil depot railway light oil products unloading system,and the advantages of submersible pump handling technology were introduced.The features of electric submersible pump were emphasized in details.The comparison on the installation cost of electric submersible pump and hydraulic submersible pump showed that the integrated energy saving and consumption reducing effect of electric submersible pump was more remarkable,thus it had good application prospect in oil depot unloading system.
