摘要
以五嵌段聚合物MsISIMs为原料、PP微孔膜为基膜制备复合膜,再经化学改性而制成一种新型镶嵌荷电膜.测试结果表明,该膜具有精细的微观相分离结构,由阴离子交换区域、中性区域、阳离子交换区域交替排列组成,其阴、阳离子交换区域尺寸约为0.01μm,十分有利于提高离子迁移效率和分离效果;该膜的膜面电阻为9.7×102Ω·cm2,电压渗析系数值β=1.4×10-9V/Pa;基膜的接触角θ=98°;而荷电复合膜的θ=69°;表明该膜具备典型的镶嵌荷电膜特点.
A new charge-mosaic composite membrane composed of cation and anion permeable domains was prepared.Poly(4-methylstyrene-isoprene-styrene-isoprene-4-methylstyrene) pentablock copolymer, the precursor of the charge-mosaic membrane,was dissolved in benzene,and then casted on a polypropylene microporous supporting membrane. After a series of chemical reactions of crosslinking,chlorization, quaternisation, and sulfonation,the new charge-mosaic composite membrane was obtained. The membrane morphology, structure, and property were studied.
