工科研究生创新能力培养现状及对策

Strategies on Cultivation of Engineering Graduates’ Innovative Capability

目前我国工科研究生创新能力培养存在一些缺憾,主要影响因素为研究生持续扩招、教学内容和教学模式缺乏创新、科研实践参与度低、研究生入学选拔机制欠合理等,结合我校实际,从研究生教育制度建设、管理、教育内容和方法及建立考核体系,创新实践基地建设等诸多层面提出了对策。

The essay aims to discuss such issues and problems with the cultivation of creative engineering graduates as continual increase of enrollments, inadequate innovation of teaching contents and methods, deficient research participation, and irrational factor in graduate recruitment. The author, therefore, suggests that multi-tiered strategies, in line with Ningbo University＇s actuality, be formulated in the perspectives of system construction, management, programs, approaches, examination system and innovative interning bases.
