高压氧联用开博通治疗缺血性脑卒中高危患者的疗效探讨

摘要 目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)联用开博通治疗缺血性脑卒中(AIS)高危患者的疗效。方法:回顾性研究AIS高危患者131例,选用开博通联合HBO,于治疗前、治疗中不同阶段进行疗效观察。结果:基本治愈51例(38.93%),显效59例(45.04%),好转21例(16.03%),无效0例。结论:HBO联用开博通显著提高了AIS高危患者治疗的依从性和疗效以及HBO治疗的安全性,对AIS的临床应用前景和靶器官的保护作用优于其他治疗手段,且操作性强。HBO的干预应掌握治疗时机和剂量,早期足疗程治疗效果最佳,晚期1~2年内反复治疗仍可使患者受益,可有效减少复发和死亡。
