摘要
研究了蓖麻油聚氨酯改性有机硅树脂的性能,探讨了聚氨酯含量及制备工艺等因素对改性树脂热性能、力学性能及电绝缘性能的影响。结果表明,随着聚氨酯含量的增加,改性体系的热稳定性、耐冲击性及体积电阻率下降,研究中所采用的两种制备工艺对改性树脂的耐热性及体积电阻率影响不大,但对力学性能有较大影响。
The performance of polysilicone-ricinolein polyurethane systems was studied, and the effects of preparation methods of modified systems and the content of polyurethane in the system on thermal stability, mechanical properties and electrical insulation were investigated. The result showed that the thermal stability, impact strength and volume resistivity of polysilicone-polyurethane systems fall with the increase of polyurethane content. The two kinds of preparation methods used in this research have small influence on thermal stability and volume resistivity of modified resin, but mechanical properties depend on them distinctly.
