摘要
分析了大庆石油化工总厂塑料厂高压聚乙烯装置超高压调节阀的泄漏原因，主要是装配不当造成Ｖ型填料失效，并对填料失效原因作了细致分析，针对其泄漏原因，提出合理安装，注意保温的具体措施。
Causes of leakage in superhigh pressure control valve in high Pressure Polyethylene Plant of Daqing Petreochemical Complex are analyzed. The main reason is improper installation causing V type packing out of service, the reason of which is analyzed in detail. Proper installation and specific measures for insulation are proposed aiming at solve the problem of leakage.
