基于溢出效应的教育投资对经济增长贡献的实证研究

An Empirical Study of the Contribution to Economic Growth by Education Investment Based on the Overflow Effect

以黑龙江省为研究对象,对教育作为内生性要素在经济增长中的贡献和具体作用机制进行了实证性考察.采用菲德模型和总量生产函数模型对黑龙省教育投资对经济增长的直接贡献和间接贡献分别从不同角度进行研究和对比分析,指出黑龙江省教育投资对经济增长有积极的促进作用,但贡献率仍偏低.在此基础上,分析了黑龙江省教育投资贡献率偏低的主要原因,继而提出未来黑龙江省如何以教育投资促进经济发展的政策建议.

The paper gives an empirical study of the education in Heilongjiang Province as an endogenous factor and its contribution to its economic growth as well as its mechanism. Adopting the Feder model and the total - production functional model, the paper gives a thorough analysis of the direct and the indirect contributions of the education investment to the economic growth of this province and concludes that its contribution is obvious but inadequate. The paper finally analyzes the causes for such inadequate contribution and brings up some policy - related suggestions.
