摘要
基于紫外-可见光谱和综合信息处理技术,探寻了一种综合表征烟叶部位内含化学成分整体差异性的新方法.通过采用相关模式识别技术,对上、中、下部烟叶的光谱特征进行提取.研究结果表明:a)波长718~708,420~401,305~296和236—227nm(50nm),综合表现了上部与中、下部烟叶的整体差异性.b)波长735—726,685~676,544~535,310~301,250~241和229~220nm(60nm),综合表现了下部与上、中部烟叶的整体差异性.
Based on the technologies of ultraviolet - visible ( UV - VIS) spectroscopy and the treatment of comprehensive information, this paper tries to find out a new method that could reveal the total differences of the inner chemical components in different tobacco parts. By employing some relevant pattern recognition technologies, the method focuses on extracting the spectral features to identify and differentiate the top, middle and bottom parts. The results have showed that (a)the wavelengths of 718 - 708,420 - 401,305 - 296 and 236 - 227 nm with 50 nm long have revealed the total differences between the top part, the middle part and the bottom part; (b)the wave ranges of 735 -726,685 - 676,544 - 535,310 - 301,250 - 241,229 - 220nm with 60 nm long have expressed the total difference of the bottom part from those of the top and middle parts.
