摘要
采用透射电镜和差示扫描量热仪对自制的相变纳米胶囊形态结构和热性能进行了测试,并将自制相变纳米胶囊用于调温纺织品制备。研究了胶囊整理剂的附着量对整理织物热焓、透气性、毛效、柔软度等应用性能的影响,研究了整理焙烘温度和时间对胶囊耐洗性能的影响,优化了整理工艺条件,并测试了整理织物的应用性能。结果表明:胶囊固含量为20%时,采用粘合剂用量15 g/L,增稠剂用量10 g/L,轧余率80%,焙烘温度120℃,焙烘时间3 min等工艺条件,所整理织物具有较好的调温性能,其它应用性能如透气性能、毛效和柔软度有不同程度的下降,但在允许范围内。整理织物经聚醚改性氨基硅油20 g/L处理后,透气性能、毛效和柔软度得到显著改善,而调温能力基本保持不变。研究表明采用自制相变纳米胶囊,通过合适的整理工艺可以开发出理想的智能调温纺织品。
The morphology structure as well as the heat storage capacity of the self-made PCM nanocapsules are investigated by TEM and DSC, and the capsules are used for the preparation of textiles, the influence of the capsule adsorption on treated fabric application performance, such as air permeability, capillary effect, softness etc are researched. The influence of baking temperature and time on washing resistance of capsules is researched, finishing process conditions are optimized, and application performances of treated fabric are tested. It is found that when solid content of the capsules used 20%, with the adhesive dosage 15g/L, thickener 10g/L, pick-up 80%, as well as baking temperature 120 ℃and baking time 3min, finished fabric has better temperature adjusting performance. Performance of other applications such as air permeability, capillary effect and softness in different degrees of decline, but at allowed range. Fabrics finished with capsules are treated by polyether-modified amino-silicone oil 20g/L, the air permeability, capillary effect and softness are improved obviously, and thermoregulation ability hardly changed. The experimental results demonstrate that self-made PCM nanocapsules can be used to develop out the ideal intelligence thermoregulation textiles by adopting the appropriate finishing process.
