摘要
针对基于JX-300X DCS的水箱液位控制系统,采用SCX语言设计模糊控制算法,分别对单容水箱及双容水箱液位系统进行液位控制实验研究。结果表明,对于大惯性、大滞后的控制对象,模糊控制较常规PID控制更有效。文中的设计对基于DCS平台开发先进控制算法有指导意义。
Fuzzy control algorithm for JX-300X DCS water tank is designed, using sclang provided by SUPCON. Fuzzy control is used to control single tank and double tanks separately. Experiment results show that fuzzy control is superior to traditional PID control for plants with large inertia and long lag. And the design is of great significance for developing advanced control algorithms on DCS control platform.
