摘要
采用文献计量学方法,以《中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)》为统计源,对新疆1997—2006年间收录于该数据库的论文进行统计分析,全面、客观地反映新疆CSCD论文学科优势和重点研究机构与科研人员论文产出等情况,为决策部门、科研管理机构凝练学科发展目标,制定符合区情和国情的科技发展规划提供决策依据。
Adopting the bibliometric method, and taking CSCD as the statistical source, this paer makes the statistical analysis on CSCD papers of Xinjiang in 1997-2006, reflects comprehensively and objectively the subject superiorities of Xinjiang＇s CSCD papers, major research institutions and the output of researchers＇ papers, etc., which provide bases of decision making for the decision-making sections and scientific research management institutions to condense the subject development targets and formulate the sci-tech development plan in consonant with the situation of autonomous region and China.
