In the light of the problem of how to construct a staff team with higher quality under the new situation that the traditional library is being transformed into the digital library, this paper probes into the importance of the construction of staff team of university library, analyzes the requirements of library＇s nature and function for the staff team and the present situation of library＇ s staff team, and puts forward some effective paths for the construction of staff team of university library.
