Research on the Electronic Handbook for Electron Reliability Evaluation Based on Excel

电子元器件可靠性受多种因素的影响,尽管可以通过查询电子元器件可靠性预计手册得到元器件可靠性参数,但是查询繁琐,计算复杂。通过运用Excel,对电子元器件可靠性预计电子手册进行了开发,实现了手册的电子化,使电子元器件的可靠度查询变得方便快捷。指出该软件具有广泛的应用前景。

Reliability of electron is influenced by many factors. Though the parameter of electron reliability can by gotten by querying the handbook of reliability prediction, the amount of work is too much and the algorithm is complex in the process. By using Excel, this paper develops the electronic handbook of electron reliability prediction, electronizes the handbook successfully, making the query work of electron reliability more conveniently and quick, and points out that the software has a prospect of extensive use.
