摘要
2001年1月1日,《中华人民共和国海关法》修正案正式开始施行。阐述了修订后的《海关法》的特点和主要内容,介绍了《海关法》在国际贸易中的运用等。
On January 1, 2001 Customs Law of the Peoples Republic of China （Amendment） has become effective normally. This paper expounds the features and main contents of the amended Customs Law, and introduces the application of the Customs Law in international trade.
