This paper briefly introduces the general situation of the development of agricultural economy of Yangcheng County, sums up four utilization modes of agricultural circular economy, and from six aspects of transforming the traditional development concept, cultivating the barriers of agricultural circular economy, and formulating the development plan scientifically, etc., probes into the problem of developing the agricultural circular economy.
